What is a Common Mode Inductor?
Inductors, also called reactor chokes, are passive electrical components made by wounded coils, which can resist sudden changes in current and are widely used in filtering electrical signals. Common mode inductors are known as common mode chokes (CMC), which are electrical filters that block high frequency noise and electromagnetic interference (EMI), to prevent the interference problems in electronics and electrical circuits.
